Technical Review Committee (TRC)

The Technical Review Committee (TRC) reviews and makes recommendations regarding subdivisions, site plans, and development plans before they are approved. The TRC advises the Planning Board for properties subject to the approval of the Historic Preservation Commission, on requests for Special Use Permits, petitions for the continuance of non-conforming uses and Certificates of Appropriateness.
